Grand Aurora Award


On July 22, 2003 The Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) held its annual black tie awards dinner event in Orlando Florida to celebrate the best in home design & construction. The competition recognizes home designers, builders, and interior merchandisers in the eleven (11) state southern region of the United States. 

The Eric S. Brown Design Group was part of three design awards presented including the Grand Aurora Award in the "Detached For Sale" category for the Cortona Show home in Bonita Bay. The Cortona was built by Harwick Homes & furnished by Collins & Dupont. The home also won the Best Kitchen award in the same category. Another show home also built by Harwick Homes in Naples, Florida won another Aurora award. The Sisteron Show home in Grey Oaks received "Best Bath" in the over $2 million "Detached For - Sale" category..
